Welcome to our digital clinic - Folktandvården Online. Here, you can book an appointment for a video call with one of our dentists. Ask questions or receive helpful information and advice – without having to go anywhere!

Log in and book an appointment

You can turn to Folktandvården Online with questions about your own oral health – and if your children or other loved ones are in need of dental care. We are open weekdays from 07:00 am to 07:00 pm. Note that at the moment, the only avaliable language when loggin in is Swedish.

  • Tooth sensitivity
  • Discomfort after a treatment
  • Jaw pain
  • Mouth sores
  • Sore gums
  • Issues with wisdom teeth
  • Questions about dental care and oral health

 

What does it cost?

A video consultation at Folktandvården Online is free for children and young adults (up to and including December of the year they turn 23) who are registered in Västra Götaland. It is included in the free dental care for children and adolescents.

Folktandvården Online is included in the Frisktandvård agreement.
Otherwise, the price for adults is 300 kronor.

Individuals entitled to special dental care support pay 200 kronor, and exemption cards are accepted.

An invoice will be sent to your registered address after the appointment.

Log in as a guardian

You can contact Folktandvården Online for children up to 12 years old. You log in with your Bank-id and select the child you want to seek care for.

Please note that the child you are seeking care for must be present during the video call.

Children 13 years and older must log in with their own Bank-id.

Change or cancel an appointment

Change or cancel your appointment no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Log in to Vård och hälsa VGR to manage your appointment.

Please note that you cannot use Vård och hälsa VGR to book, change, or cancel a physical visit to any of our regular clinics. For that, you need to use the online booking system, contact the clinic by phone, or send a message via the 1177 e-services.

Security and Protected Personal Data

Security

All communication and data storage are encrypted. Both parties' identities are verified using e-identification, the patient with mobile Bank-id, and the caregiver with an electronic ID card.

Protected Personal Data

You need to provide your mobile number in Vård och hälsa VGR to receive confirmations and reminders via SMS before your digital appointment. Make sure to use a secure phone number if you have protected personal data.

Would you like regular dental care at a fixed price? Frisktandvård includes almost everything for good oral health. Secure and convenient at a fixed monthly cost, and you won't have to worry about unexpected expenses.
